Webmasters guide to joining and setting up the membership area

In general

The actual partnership agreement is handled by a well-known Dutch billing company, Verotel. This ensures that you get paid on time, they also handle matters if there is any trouble with the users. When you sign up for a membership area, you receive a Verotel account which allows you to withdraw money that you’ve earned as well as read the relevant statistics. If this is the first time you signed up to a system supported by Verotel, please read the following guide:

Joining

1: Find a suitable design for your membership area in our webmaster section and click on "Join".

2: Select the country you live in and click on "Register as a reseller".

3: Enter your address information.

Company name or your own name if you’re not registered as a company. Contact name: your name. Address: either yours or that of your company City State: only applicable in the U.S. Zipcode or postcode E-mail address: This has to be valid! Website URL: The domain from which you want to operate the membership area.

Once the form has been filled in, click on "Register as a reseller" and you have now signed up. You will then receive an E-mail form Verotel with code words, passwords and links. Keep this in a safe place!

Link to the membership area

In the E-mail that Verotel sends you, you will find the link you need for the membership area. An example of a link:

The link is a banner link and if you just want to advertise with a banner, then copy the code on your own website. You may also link with a text link:

Remember to replace the link in the example above with that from the Verotel E-mail.

Setting up your Verotel account

If you haven’t done it already, it is a good idea to hide your Verotel codes in a safe place, that is, the Verotel ID, Secret Code and Pin Code.

Login according to the Verotel E-mail. The Verotel set up itself is quick and easy, the only thing you have to do is fill in your bank details so that you can receive your money. This is done at My Profile / Banking Info:

At Payment Method you may choose cheque or account transfer. We strongly recommend account transfer since cheques take a long time in the mail and, besides, they are an unreliable method of payment.
If you choose account transfer, fill in your bank details. Notice that it is not necessary to fill in the area around the flags, in the line SWIFT code of your bank beneath the flags, you fill in your bank’s swift code which serves as an identifier abroad. Talk with your bank and find out what their swift code is if you’re in any doubt.
Finally you have to fill the line entitled Minimum payout amount, we recommend that you set that figure at 500 $ since Verotel charge 25 $ for each payout.

You will receive an E-mail every time you make a sale, this function can be switched off at My Profile / Reporting Options.

You should now be ready to earn money through the membership area.
